Is Struggling With Getting Over Past Issues Stopping You From Living?

Getting over past heartaches & disappointments is challenging, debilitating and can hold you back big-time, however, once conquered you'd be amazed to realize that there really is a whole new life waiting to be enjoyed if you just step out and reach for it.

The daily struggle of feeling down not only prevents you from moving forward, but motivation and energy is zapped, hobbies and interests no longer fuel your fire and days are filled with heavy hearted thoughts and continual 'mind chatter' as you re-hash the past over and over again.

Whether your past disappointment is due to divorce grief, losing a loved one, losing your job, or even due to something you may have done, ... it hurts A LOT; but even so, there does come a time when sooner or later you simply have to stop this pain from preventing you from making the changes you need to make in order to move on.

There is one piece of imperative advice I have to offer, from having personal challenges in getting over past issues and suffering from tremendous heartache myself, is that YOU have to make the decision to do something... and since you are deciding to 'do' this 'something', it is a terrific idea to decide to completely redesign your life and make it EVEN better than it was before.

You will have to face the fact that your life will never be 'exactly' the same as it was, but since you have a whole lot of living ahead of you, its wrong for you to let it all slip by without taking control and making some positive life changes. It does takes effort to take those first steps in getting over past issues or 'roadblocks', this I know very well, but now is the time to step out on the wild-side and keep your mind focused on something 'just for you' because you deserve it, and whether you believe it or not, you ARE worthy.

Here are some nuggets of advice of things that worked for me. since you've read this far, it's obvious you are looking for solutions... and perhaps these suggestions might be what you need:
